Teachers of different wisdom traditions

Sometimes participants in mindfulness based workshops decide that they’d like to further pursue their practice in the context of their religious or spiritual tradition. To facilitate this, we have included links to teachers from different faith traditions who share their teachings online and whose teachings connect or relate to the mindfulness training in some way(s). Some of these teachers have their own website which we have provided links to. You can also search for them online and find many of their talks on YouTube.  This is NOT the same as working with a teacher however. If you would like to do more intensive individualized work with a teacher, you will generally need to be involved in and committed to one particular community and teacher. Finding a teacher who is the right fit for you and vice versa is important and cannot be forced. You need to be ready for serious inner work to make such and commitment and will know when the time is right.
