Dr. Shira Taylor offers a wide range of workshops (both in-person and online), exploring different dimensions of our human and spiritual experience. This includes workshops on different aspects of yoga and yogic philosophy, meditation, nature-based rituals and healing, as well as workshops exploring creative expression.

 

Self-Care Through Yogic Wisdom

This self-care workshop explores the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and how it can support well being, resilience, and compassion in everyday life. The session will introduce simple, practical tools and concepts through gentle movement, breathwork, guided reflection, and group discussion. Participants will explore how yogic principles can become meaningful practices of self-care both on and off the mat. 

Yogic Foundations for Self-Care:

A 5-week self-care workshop series exploring the timeless teachings from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to cultivate well being, resilience, grounded awareness, and self-love.

Each session explores practical tools through gentle movement, breath practices, reflection, and discussion. By the end, participants will leave with accessible tools and personal rituals that support ongoing well-being, deeper self-connection, and a more intentional approach to caring for themselves both on and off the mat. 🧘‍♀️

  • Dates: April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13 2026
  • Time: 3:30pm – 5pm, Wednesdays
  • Location: Lion Heart Wellness Studio, Humphrey, Seguin, ON (10 min. East of Rosseau)
  • Cost:  $108  Sliding Scale: $90 – $130.  This sliding scale is designed to support accessibility and choice. If financial support is needed, it is possible to contribute at the lower end of the scale. For those who are able to offer more, contributions at the higher end help support the availability of reduced-cost spaces for others who might not otherwise be able to attend. As much as possible, we do not want money to be a barrier to participation. Limited scholarships are available upon request, and we encourage you to reach out if cost is a concern.
